The the coordinator EPC srl set out the project’s governance structure, contractual obligations and digital workflow, and presented both a draft Quality Assurance & Evaluation Plan and the newly formed multi-partner Quality Assurance Committee.

Partners introduced preliminary versions of the Equity & Inclusivity Plan, the Green Practices Strategy and the Citizen Participation Strategy, each to be finalised collaboratively in the coming months.

EPC then outlined the phased schedule for Work Package 2 – including the Needs Discovery Report, age-appropriate questionnaires and eight teacher-training modules – while the University of Bratislava detailed the “Escape the Climate Crisis” coursework (WP3), Bluechain unveiled the design roadmap for the EcoMystery digital platform (WP4) and Social Nebula presented the Dissemination & Exploitation agenda (WP5).

The meeting concluded with a clear set of immediate deliverables, evaluation actions and research tasks to be launched ahead of the next meeting.
