Founded in 2006, European Project Consulting srl (EPC) is an Italian SME recognized for its expertise in assisting public and private organizations with the definition, planning, implementation, and management of innovative cooperative projects.

EPC primarily focuses on areas such as environmental issues, land management, civil protection, and sustainability. The company’s services include strategic requirements analysis, support in project design and action planning, territorial animation and stakeholder engagement, as well as external communication and dissemination of project results.

Role in the EcoMystery project


EPC Srl is the lead partner of the EcoMystery Project. The EPC team will coordinate the consortium’s efforts to assess the need for more effective education on the impacts of the climate crisis in the participating countries. This will include the development of materials for the Teachers Advancement Programme.

This programme aims to equip educators with tools to explore future climate crisis scenarios, provide training on the use of physical and digital escape rooms, and introduce methods to enhance students’ civic engagement. The EPC team will also actively contribute to all other project activities, delivering the required inputs and support.


Team Members


Manuela Massi holds a degree in Foreign Languages and a Master’s degree in Local Sustainable Development. She is a Project Manager at EPC, with responsibilities encompassing project and financial management, communication, and grant writing. She has successfully managed various projects focused on education and the promotion of best practices in environmental sustainability. In the EcoMystery Project, she will serve as Project Manager and Researcher, with a key role in developing project materials.


Mauro Borin is an EU Project Manager with a degree in Philosophy. His responsibilities include project and financial management, project reporting, communication and dissemination activities, project assessment, and grant writing. He has extensive experience in projects focused on environmental protection and the application of innovative technologies for sustainability. In the EcoMystery Project, he will serve as a Researcher, contributing to the development of project materials.


Francesca Borga holds a degree in Management Engineering and brings 20 years of experience in EU project management and implementation. As the Senior Project Manager responsible for the “European Funding and Project Search” Unit at EPC, she oversees grant writing, project management, financial management, project reporting, communication and dissemination, and project assessment activities. In the EcoMystery Project, she will supervise the workgroup, ensuring effective coordination and delivery of project objectives.
